The Program
Club Dive San Diego Is a competitive diving team program comprised of divers who want to compete at different levels in the sport of diving. The Junior Olympic Team are for those divers who wish to compete at the local, regional, and national level and have a competitive FINA list on both 1 and 3 meter boards for their age group. The Pre-JO/Novice Team is open to any diver who has at least a FINA 1 meter list for their age group and a novice 3 meter list. These divers compete at the local level.
Very few of our divers have a national level competitive FINA list which consists of dives on both 1 & 3 Meter springboard. These divers possess a high level of motivation, plenty of courage and a strong list of dives. These divers compete at all local, regional and national meets. See the coach if you are interested in training at this level.
Dive Lessons Options:
You choose the day 4 - 45 min. lessons 60.00 a month
Tuesday Lessons will now be Tuesday/Thursday Pre-Team from 5:30-6:15
Cost of Pre Team $120.00 month
Must Obtain AAU Insurance for $12.00 a year at aausports.org Use DSD club code TF4YFD
You may do a Tues and or Thursday lesson for $60.00, please see the coach

Saturday Lessons will now be from 10:00-10:45 with the exception of January classes which will be held from 10:00-11:00 due to no class on 1/29.
The pool will be closed due to DSD hosting a dive meet. You are encouraged to participate.

You can register on line or print the registration form and bring it with a check to the first class. If Pre-Team you must also bring a copy of proof of AAU insurance.

Learn to DiveClass meets 10 times for 30 minutes during the summer in 5 - 2 weeks sessions. Students are taught front approach, back press, jumps in all positions, forward, and back dives as well as other skills as time and interest allows. |
